DELFT BLUE workshop

Learn to decorate with the traditional technique of Delft blue! 

In this workshop you will decorate a handmade porcelain plate with cobalt oxide. You will learn about the history of Delftware and try out different techniques with the materials. Will you design something abstract and geometrical or paint a classic landscape? It's all possible!

At the end of the workshop the plate will be finished with a transparant glaze and fired. This takes a few days so you can choose to pick it up later, or get it shipped.

There is space for a maximum of 8 persons per workshop. Everyone can participate, no experience needed! Allthough a little practice with pencil and brush could be handy! Suitable for children aged 12 and over, due to the toxic chemicals we will be working with.
